The monastery originally comprised four wings and a cloister. In the south, a squat church with a single nave connects to the complex. The head building with its three apses, a bell tower, and a transept were added in the 13th century.
The house, at the fringe of the Mallorcan municipality of Puig­punyent, home to 2000 residents, contains six subsidised apartments accessed by two entrances.

The single storey house is located in a new development on the outskirts of Llubí. It displays a sandstone face on the exterior and unrendered brick walls on the interior.
The hotel La Briosa stands out without dominating its environment. The client family who also operates the hotel resides on the topmost two floors. The intensity of the reddish-brown colour of the rendered facade varies from bottom to top.
